Swapnali Chaudhary, PT, MSPT

Swapnali has 15+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist in Outpatient and Acutecare settings and 18+ years of experience in the field of Healthcare.


She completed her Masters in Physical Therapy from Texas State University-San Marcos in 2007. She is also a Registered Physician (Doctor of Alternative Medicine of Homeopathy) in India, which she completed as a part of her Medical education before coming to the US. It was an extensive 5 year Medical program which included all medical courses with a focus on Holistic health. Over the last decade, She has worked in small clinics, as well as large hospitals as a Licensed Physical Therapist. She has led her teams successfully as a Senior therapist and also as a Clinic Director, before opening her clinic to realize her dream of providing exceptional care to all her patients.


She is passionate about Physical Therapy and to build her expertise in the field of Manual Therapy, she has dived into numerous specialized Manual therapy courses by IAOM-US (International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine), IAMT (Institute of Advanced Muscoloskeletal Treatments), Myofascial Release by John F. Barnes. In addition, She has had incredible mentors who have trained her in Myofascial Release (based on the works of Tom Myers and Ida Rolf) for Structural Integration, Active release Techniques, Muscle Energy Techniques and Mckenzie based Treatment Techniques. She has taken specialized courses to get skilled in Neuromuscular Reeducation and has successfully treated Orthopedic injuries, Chronic pain cases, Myofascial pain and most Musculoskeletal dysfunctions of all muscles/joints. Her remarkable Manual Therapy skills, Neuromuscular Reeducation skills, notable experience in successfully treating Sacroiliac joint disease and Somatic/facet dysfunctions of Spine, in addition to treating a wide variety of Musculoskeletal injuries and a background of Holistic healthsets her apart from other therapists.


She is also trained as a Pelvic Floor Therapist and has extensive experience in Pelvic Health / Women's Health (Pain during pregnancy, post-partum, post-trauma) and has successfully treated issues like Pelvic/Perineal pain, Incontinence (Urinary/Fecal), Sacral/Coccygeal (tailbone) pain, Prolapse, recurrent UTIs (urinary tract infections) and numerous other Pelvic diagnoses. She has a vast experience in successfully treating Low back pain, SI pain, Sciatica and Hip pain which is closely related to Pelvic Health conditions.


She is a certified LSVT - BIG clinician - specialized in treating Movement disorder / Parkinson’s disease. As a Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas, she has worked extensively with adult / geriatric patient population having multiple medical conditions, with Auto-injury/Trauma patients, and with Women's Health leading to successful outcomes with quick and lasting results.


Her comprehensive medical background, exceptional diagnostic skills, clinical reasoning skills, professionalism and compassion make her a great clinician and her passion to help her patients improve their quality of life, her need to strive for excellence, and her positive attitude make her an outstanding healthcare professional.

She is Multilingual - Speaks English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujrathi languages. She keeps up with current research and updates in her domain by being a member of 25+ groups/associations and professional networks. She continues to grow her expertise in the field of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation by taking various Continuing Education courses every year and is an avid reader of nerdy medical articles.

Her treatment philosophy comes from the length and width of her experience of treating in a number of different settings, working with patients who have been to multiple physical therapy clinics with no success in pain relief before being successfully treated by her. After using her treatment approach, her patients who are now functional, independent and doing what they love to do again; have been pleasantly surprised and have raved about her treatments that made it possible.

She communicates with the referring physician to keep them updated on your functional limitations, physical impairments, physical therapy assessments, ongoing progress and concerns if any - in a timely manner - to ensure safe continuity of care.


Besides, her medical education in Alternative medicine, she has had exposure to Acupressure / Acupuncture and Yoga.

With her background in Alternative medicine, she understands how interconnected mind, body and spirit is.  Her holistic treatment approach addresses all the contributing factors which can affect pain, healing, progress and outcomes.

She practices Wellness - Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga, Exercise and Nutrition - as it impacts overall health and healing/recovery process. When she’s not treating patients, she’s spending time with her family and friends. She loves to swim, play tennis, read, paint and cook. She is fascinated by nature and loves the outdoors. She has a very loving, supportive husband and two beautiful, brilliant daughters. She endeavors for personal and professional growth through webinars/courses, conferences, training, discussions and reading.


Her goal is to have a positive impact on the lives of her patients, one patient at a time and she finds her work immensely rewarding!
