COVID Guidelines for Safety
(In Clinic/Office visit)
We ask that everyone wear a mask prior to entering the clinic. No exceptions.

We ask you NOT to take off the mask or uncover nose / mouth when you are within the clinic / office premises. This is extremely important to follow to keep all or patients and staff safe.

We'll screen you for COVID symptoms prior to initiating your session.
​
We perform temperature checks and HR/O2 sat prior to each session.
​​
We ask that you sanitize your hands once you enter the clinic.
​
We use hospital-grade disinfectant to clean after each patient.
We ask you to re-schedule / cancel your appointment, if you are feeling sick - any respiratory symptoms, fever, sore throat, diarrhoea or other COVID symptoms.

We ask that you self-quarantine for 14 days if you have been to a dine-in or public place where the COVID guidelines of wearing a mask or social distancing were not being followed, before scheduling an appointment with us.
​​
AVOID touching your face (nose/mouth/eyes) or mask when in the clinic/office without first performing hand hygiene.
​​
We ask that the lid be closed prior to flushing when using the restroom.
​​
We sanitize the equipment and perform hand hygiene between patients.
​​
All scheduling / payments are made electronically or online.
​​
All paperwork is expected to be filled out online prior to the first visit.

Home exercise program is provided electronically as well.
​
We ask that you wait in your car until your appointment time to avoid traffic in the waiting area.
​​
We perform Manual therapy using hands and certain tools. We take great care to sanitize out hands and the tools after each use.

We are located in a private office/clinic - Less exposure to people
