If you are driving from North and driving South on Highway 183:

Take Lake Creek Parkway Exit. Once you Exit, stay in the right lane. Once you pass  Lake Creek Parkway Light, you will pass the "Department of Public Safety" office on the right.  Turn right to enter on Hymeadow Drive. Just before STOP sign, turn left into "Hymeadow Square Office Park". Our Clinic is located in Suite 450 on the left at the entrance.

If you are driving from South driving towards North on 183:

Take Exit on Lake Creek Parkway and make the U turn under 183. Once you complete the U turn you will need to get in the right lane. you will pass the "Department of Public Safety" office on the right side.  Turn right to enter on Hymeadow Drive. Just before the STOP sign, turn left into "Hymeadow Square Office Park" complex. Our Clinic is located in Suite 450 on the left at the entrance.
